DISCOVERY - Agile Behavior Assessment
As scientist and ex-auditor we combine our scientific knowledge and research on your industry, people mix, etc. with in-house collected data via interviews & surveys to give you a clear picture on the "Together we can"-context within your organization. We work around three pillars:
1. DIRECTION - Is it clear where the organization wants to go and how co-workers can contribute? We link the strategy to behaviors needed across the organization to realize these ambitions. Creating a heat map of the behaviors for success for your organization. Example: In general to increase innovation, people should follow & discuss trends, collaborate across silo's and embrace partnerships. The extend all of these are equally important will depend on your specific context such as industry, history, market share, size, etc. A heat map shows which behaviors to aim for and their importance for your success.
2. CONNECTION - To what extent are co-workers' current behaviors connected with the behaviors for success? We map the combination of common behaviors that has led to the company's success today and identify the gap between the behaviors for the success of tomorrow.
3. ENGAGEMENT - What are the levers available to support behavior change in the organization? And which levers could be useful to add? Looking into topics like:
MOTIVATION: Which reward systems are in place and how are they used by management and perceived by the co-workers? What had a positive impact on people's motivation in the past?
- ABILITY: Are there physical or mental barriers to certain activities? What are the development opportunities and how do the co-workers perceive them? How is personal development promoted?
- SUPP. ENVIRONMENT: How strong is the team's dynamic? How well do they work together? Is their trust in the team(s)? What are people's key routines? Which supporting tools are present in the environment? What makes an activity attractive for the group? What external support have they mostly valued in the last change they went through and what did they miss?

Identify behaviors for success
The main outcomes of this 2 hours workshop are: 1) understand the value of linking ambitions and behaviors, 2) be able to link strategic ambitions and behaviors, 3) get started to select your behaviors for success.
Drivers of behaviors
There are three factors that drive people behaviors: Motivation, Ability and a Supporting Environment. In this 3 hour workshop we dig into each of them, link them to your specific case and use our intervention library to make a first selection of interventions for success.

Motivation and reward
In this 2 hours session we dig into different types of motivation, the basic needs that drive motivation and what to consider to build a motivational reward system.

We explore how behavioral management can help to bridge these differences in areas such as ownership, change adoption and collaboration.
